Request a deposit and monthly schedule. Once your layby is confirmed, complete the agreed payments before collecting your item.

Spread the balance

Choose up to six monthly payments. Approval and when you receive the product are confirmed in your written agreement.

Products above $1,000 require at least 40% upfront. For products priced at $1,000 or less, the calculator starts at 10%.

Payment questions

When do I receive my product?

Pre-order arrival depends on confirmed supply. Layby items are released after full payment. Instalment collection or delivery dates are agreed before you pay; submitting a plan does not guarantee immediate delivery.

How can I pay?

Bank transfer, mobile money and debit or credit card. We send invoices by email or WhatsApp. Use your invoice number as the payment reference.

When are payments due?

Invoices are due within seven days unless otherwise agreed in writing. Your confirmed plan sets the dates for monthly payments.

Late fees and early payment

A 5% fee may apply to overdue amounts. The supplied invoice terms include a 2.5% discount for payment within three days. Eligibility and how this applies to your plan are confirmed on your invoice; neither adjustment is included in this estimate.

Changes or cancellation

Contact us before changing a payment or cancelling. Deposit, cancellation and refund conditions are confirmed in your written agreement before payment.
